A year-round downhill track in Szczęśliwicki Park — two-person cars run on rails down the slope of Warsaw’s highest hill. One of the favourite attractions for kids in Ochota, open during the ski-slope renovation too.
The gravity coaster is a track laid on the slope of Górka Szczęśliwicka with cars running on rails. A lift takes you up; gravity takes you down through bends and dips, and you control the speed yourself with a brake in the car.
The cars are two-person, so a younger child can ride with a parent or carer — a safe first “roller coaster” for little ones and fun for adults too.
The coaster is run by the city (Aktywna Warszawa / CSN Szczęśliwice). It operates year-round — in recent seasons daily from 10:00 to 20:00 (ticket office until 19:30). Buy tickets at the centre at ul. Drawska 22; confirm current hours and prices with the operator before your visit.
Coaster rides are a fixed part of our day camps in Szczęśliwicki Park — at the Zone4Rollin roller-skating camps each child gets 6 rides per session, and younger children ride only with an instructor. The coaster also appears in the winter day camps programme when the daily plan allows.
The coaster is part of a bigger complex: right next to it you have Warsaw’s highest peak with a viewpoint, the park paths (great for roller skating and walks), a lake, playgrounds and open-air pools in summer. In winter — from the 2026/2027 season after the renovation — the ski slope returns with new lifts, where we run ski lessons and snowboard lessons.
