ENTERING THE ZONE
Zone4’s first residential ski camp for kids aged 7–14. A week of winter break on the long, varied runs of Kotelnica Białczańska and other Tatra Super Ski resorts — with accommodation, full board, a coach from Warsaw and the instructors you know from Górka Szczęśliwicka. A kids-only camp — no parents. Training groups are split by level, not by age: from the first snowplough to confident parallel turns.
Our base is Kotelnica Białczańska — the biggest station in the Podhale region. When the queues there are long, our coach takes the group to another Tatra Super Ski resort — the pass works in all of them (list below).
DW Halina in Biały Dunajec — a guest house for groups, about 25 minutes by coach from Kotelnica: rooms with bathrooms, breakfast and dinner, a packed lunch for the slope and two rooms for evening activities.
The same instructors the kids know from Górka Szczęśliwicka and our day camps. 8 staff for 41 kids: a camp leader, 3 carers and 4 instructors, with round-the-clock care.
We are planning an all-inclusive formula: transport, accommodation, meals, a Tatra Super Ski pass, training and care. The price and enrolment date will be announced shortly.
Where we ski
We train mostly at Kotelnica Białczańska. The Tatra Super Ski pass, however, works at 15 stations on the Polish side of the Tatras — so we do not lose a day in queues: on the busiest days we go where it is quieter and the snow is better.
Important
We choose the resort each morning depending on queues and conditions — not every day is spent at Kotelnica. Our coach takes us to every slope.

List based on the official Tatry Super Ski website — we will confirm it with the operator before the 2026/27 season. The pass also covers Kasprowy Wierch and four stations in Slovakia; with kids we pick resorts a short ride away. Coach times are approximate — they can be longer in winter.

Where we stay
A guest house for groups, popular with organisers of summer and winter camps. It sits on the Zakopane road between Nowy Targ and Zakopane: 10 km to Krupówki and about 25 minutes by coach to Kotelnica. During the session the whole camp lives here — kids and staff together.

We plan the rooms so that kids stay with friends of their age.
The hostess cooks breakfast and dinner, and the kids get a packed lunch for the slope.
Two rooms for evening games, entertainment and exercises.

Space for skis and boots — the gear dries overnight and is ready in the morning.
Grounds around the house with a garden, a terrace and a barbecue spot.

Beyond skiing
Games, entertainment with our carers and general exercises — stretching and recovery after a day on skis, in the room with the fireplace.
One evening we go to the thermal baths. We are planning Terma Bania in Białka: water slides, a lazy river and a wave pool, plus a shallow pool for the youngest.
A walk along Krupówki, the funicular up Gubałówka with a view of the Tatras and oscypek cheese on the promenade. In bad weather — the ice rink or the parrot house.
Who we are
For more than 8 years we have been teaching kids to ski and skate in Warsaw — in winter on Górka Szczęśliwicka, in summer in Szczęśliwicki Park. The camp is run by the same team that leads lessons, training sessions and day camps all year round.

One team guides the kids all year — we know each child’s progress from Górka, our day camps and training.
Our staff take photos on the slopes and at the centre, and parents receive them during the session — as at our day camps.
We set the groups after the first run, and during the week a child can move to a faster or calmer group.
On the last day we are planning a timed slalom — every child goes home with a certificate.
Safety
Sending a child away without parents takes trust — and trust has to be earned. This is how we keep the kids safe, from leaving Warsaw to coming back.
We follow child protection standards, required by Polish law since 2024: clear rules for how staff relate to children, response procedures and a person responsible for them.
Every member of staff holds a clean criminal record certificate and is checked against the national sex offender register. Instructors are PZN-licensed; the camp leader and carers hold the required qualifications.
The camp is registered in the national Recreation Database: the education board knows the dates, programme, staff and venue, and may inspect them.
We travel with a trusted coach company from Mazovia. Before departure the coach is inspected by the police, and the driver gets proper rest.
Kids ski in helmets (mandatory under 16), in groups always supervised by an instructor, on runs matched to their level.
8 staff for 41 kids. Carers live with the children at the centre, the camp leader is reachable by phone all week, and the hospital in Zakopane is about 20 minutes away.
Six days of skiing in a row does more for technique than a whole season of weekend outings.
Daily skiing without week-long gaps — habits consolidate day by day, and the difference shows as soon as the first session ends.
The long, varied runs of Kotelnica are a natural next step after Górka Szczęśliwicka — kids learn to ride changing terrain and read the slope.

The camp is for children aged 7–14. Children who prefer sleeping at home are welcome at our winter day camps in Warsaw (ages 6–12; join the interest list for the 2027 winter break). With a younger child, come on our family trip to Schladming — we teach children there from the age of 4.
No. Training groups are split by level — from the very first steps on skis to polishing parallel turns. Every child trains at their own pace.
We stay at DW Halina in Biały Dunajec, on the Zakopane road between Nowy Targ and Zakopane — full board with a packed lunch for the slope. Our ski base is Kotelnica Białczańska (about 25 minutes by coach), and the Tatra Super Ski pass also covers other Podhale resorts — when queues are long, we go where it is quieter. The camp leader is reachable by phone throughout the session, and we send parents photos from the slopes and the centre as we go — just like at our day camps.
In the evenings: games, entertainment and exercises with our carers. One evening we go to thermal baths (we are planning Terma Bania in Białka), and during the session we also visit Zakopane — Krupówki street and the funicular up Gubałówka.
